In this class we will work on the exercises required for both the Canine Good Citizen and Advanced Canine Good Citizen tests, with testing on week 5. Dogs can test for one or both on the same day but must pass CGC to test for CGCA. One test is included in the class fee. Additional testing is $25. With spring and summer around the corner, what better time to begin recall training? This class will teach you what to do when your dog unexpectedly escapes containment and how to get a reliable recall under multiple distractions. With enough practice, a reliable recall will also of course allow your dog more freedom. Note : For success, this class requires the completion of a previous K9 101, K9 manners, or to have the adequate skill set beforehand.
